CrossFit Defined

CrossFit Legit - Saline County's Premier Strength & Conditioning Facility

CrossFit Legit

CFL

CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and power lifting are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.

At CrossFit Legit we combine our program with a fun, encouraging, and competitive social dynamic. Individuals work together in the class setting. Combining the social aspect of working together in a class setting with CrossFit style programming is what seperates CrossFit from everything else.

Legit Member Spotlight: Zack Pultro

CFL

Zack is currently a student at UALR and enrolled in the ROTC program. Sadly, he will be leaving us next month for greener pastures. He will be attending Boot Camp (the real kind of boot camp, not workout boot camp) to further progress down the road to a career serving this great country in our Military. I wish him nothing but good luck and blessings as he leaves to start his journey.

Zack, along with his brother Josh, has been a member of CF Legit longer than anyone at the box. Zack came in overweight and out of shape, but was determined to change the state his body and fitness level. Zack never complained, never asked for something easier, never felt sorry for him self, and took the bull by the horns: he did as he was coached to do, followed programming, and made the necessary changes outside the box to maximize his gains.

Zack lost over 60 lbs in the months after joining us at CF Legit. He has made countless improvement in his lifting technique, strength, and power. I am very proud of Zack and the accomplishments he has made and is still making. More so than that, I am proud of how hard he has worked and how dedicated he has been. It’s one thing to want something, it’s something totally different to actually do what is necessary to achieve it.

When you see Zack this month, wish him good luck!
